Shipments and Returns

 

Note : These conditions are only applicable for purchased products and not services.

 

Article 1 - Delivery, withdrawal and return

 

The following conditions apply to materials that the customer wishes to revoke and return:

  1. Delivery
  • BMI will notify you of the date of delivery by e-mail.
  • Shipments are always send by parcel services like TNT/FEDEX/DHL.
  • Based on Customers Country appropriate transport cost will be invoiced for each order.

 

  1. Revoke
  • The customer has purchased the products from BMI;
  • The customer treats and stores the products supplied by BMI with the greatest possible care;
  • The customer completes the withdrawal form completely. Only fully correct and fully completed withdrawal forms will be processed;
  • The customer sends the withdrawal form within 14 days after receipt of the material to BMI via [email protected];
  • The customer receives a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal;
  • The customer will receive a return order number within 2 working days, under which the products can be returned on expense of the customer;

 

  1. Returns
  • The customer can only return after receipt of the return order number;
  • The customer is responsible for returning the products to BMI, within 14 days of receipt of the return order number, with a clearly visible statement of the return order number on the packaging;
  • When returned, the products are in the same condition as when they were received by the customer;
  • When returned, the products are packaged in the manner as sent and received by the customer by BMI, including the return order number;
  • The customer receives a confirmation of the returned products received by BMI;
  • BMI assesses the returned products;

 

  1. Compensation
  • If the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 and 3 are met, the customer will receive a credit note with the value of 90% of the products charged and returned to BMI (excluded are any transport costs and surcharges);
  • The funds will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the products by BMI to the bank account number used by the customer when purchasing.
